1. Use of the service

The platform is provided to support the management of workforce operations — staffing, scheduling, accommodation, transport, compliance and reporting. You agree to use it only for lawful, authorised business purposes and in accordance with any instructions we provide.

2. Accounts & access

Accounts are issued to authorised users (administrators, managers and workers). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it to store or transmit unlawful content. We may suspend access where these Terms are breached.

4. Data & privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.

5. Availability & disclaimers

We work to keep the platform secure and available but provide it on an “as is” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

6. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
